We are seeking a highly skilled Female Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries via phone, email or chat with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will be able to take complete ownership of queries from initiation to resolution with proper follow-ups and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Take responsibility for resolving customer issues from start to finish with timely and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver prompt and efficient solutions.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant guidance.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Precise and clear communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or call handling is an asset.
- Able to multitask, adapt and remain composed under pressure.
