Delivering exceptional guest experiences is at the heart of this role. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our cafe.
Main Responsibilities:- Guest Interactions: Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Data Management: Efficiently manage database, MIS, and billing counter systems to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
- Social Media Engagement: Engage with guests online, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
