Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators for SRE teams: mean time to recovery (MTTR), uptime, service level agreements (SLAs), mean time between failures (MTBF), lead time to change, etc.
  • Define and monitor golden signals - latency, traffic, errors, saturation.
  • Execute core responsibilities of SRE: ensuring system reliability and availability, mitigating operational risks, handling on-call incidents, monitoring system health, continuously improving IT systems.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience as an SRE engineer in a technology organization driving projects by defining and creating CUJ, SLO, SLI, error budgeting.
  • Strong experience in setting up observability, monitoring, and self-healing solutions using Grafana, Google Cloud Operations, and Ansible/Terraform or comparable tools.
