Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and observability of our systems.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of system architecture, software development, and operational excellence. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to build resilient systems and continuously improve our reliability standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning and managing DevOps components and tooling across multiple production environments.
  • Administering, scaling, and optimizing Kubernetes clusters used for application and infrastructure workloads.
  • Implementing and maintaining observability stacks including Prometheus, OpenTelemetry (OTel), Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse for metrics, tracing, and log analytics.
  • Evaluating and automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Developing alerting, monitoring, and dashboarding systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.
  • Leading root cause analysis for incidents and driving long-term stability improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes: deployment, scaling, troubleshooting, and operations in production.
  • Strong Linux systems background and scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code skills with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
  • Solid knowledge of observability tools, including Prometheus, OpenTelemetry (OTel), Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse.
