We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Assurance Specialist to validate the robustness and resilience of our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute reliability test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Conduct rigorous stress, load, and failure testing to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze system behavior under failure conditions and provide actionable insights to enhance overall reliability.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and recommend architecture/process enhancements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of system logs and behavior during tests, documenting risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter, RPT, and scripting in Python/Java.
  • Experience with cloud testing on AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
  • Exposure to DevOps processes, automation, and cybersecurity best practices.
