**Job Title:** Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in driving quality across our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute thorough testing cycles to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
  • Automation Testing: Design and develop automation test scripts using Python and other scripting languages to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency.
  • Enterprise Product Testing: Test enterprise-grade products deployed in AWS, Cloud, and Kubernetes environments to ensure they perform optimally in large-scale, real-world scenarios.
  • Debugging and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with development teams to identify, debug, and resolve complex issues in enterprise-level products, ensuring high-quality and reliable product releases.
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance testing capabilities and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with cross-functional teams and customers to understand their quality requirements, test against real-world use cases, and ensure their satisfaction with product performance.
  • Voice of Quality: Champion quality excellence within the organization, driving improvements in testing practices and processes.
