Software Tester and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
This is a full-time role located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test plans, performing manual testing, and ensuring the quality of software products.
You will create and maintain detailed test cases, execute tests, track software bugs, and ensure that the product meets the required standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed test case documentation, including test procedures, test data, and results.
- Conduct regular review meetings to discuss progress, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in Linux-based solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation testing tools.
- Knowledge of HPC and AI domains.
