Job Title: Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our automotive products.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead and participate in collaborative efforts with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management principles and methods, with expertise in testing parts in vehicles considering function, safety, durability, and environmental aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in CFT interactions with internal and external teams, including designers, integrators, testers, purchasers, process personnel, plant QA, CQA, warranty, service, and suppliers.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain quality management dashboards for reviews.
  • Track and analyze external (field failures) and internal testing failures, AIAG-based 4th or VDA method DFMEA's, DVP tests, issue tracking, monitoring, and closures of design guidelines, DRBFM analysis, and closures.
  • Proficiency in QC tools, such as 7QC stories, why-why analysis, effective problem-solving, FTA, 8D reports, 6W-2H, etc.
  • Must have creative thinking ability, analytical, and statistical skills.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methods.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management systems like Teamcenter.
  • Knowledge of Indian and global automotive industry standards and regulations.
  • Good understanding of new technologies in the automotive domain.
