Inside Sales Development Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Executive, responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with corporate clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers via phone, email, and text. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new corporate clients to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client goals and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted sales strategies and account plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the corporate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
