Job Overview:

We are hiring a Growth Manager to grow footfall, memberships, and event bookings for our children's play center. You will lead sales campaigns targeting parents, schools, and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute marketing and sales plans for memberships, birthday parties, workshops, etc.
- Build partnerships with schools, mom communities, influencers, and local businesses
- Lead promotional campaigns via social media, WhatsApp, and email
- Track KPIs (conversions, inquiries, bookings) and optimize sales funnel
- Develop pricing and promotional offers in coordination with center manager
- Create referral and loyalty programs to boost recurring footfall

Requirements:

- Experience in kids' brands, play centers, or education-based services preferred
- Creativity in campaign ideation and community engagement
- Strong understanding of parents' buying behavior
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local market and digital platforms
