Job Description:
- Duties:
- Identify and nurture leads in the India market (Real Estate and Financial Institutes).
- Use cold email marketing tools to build and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Leverage social media platforms to identify prospects, engage with potential clients, and drive outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the customer—stay close to users, gather feedback, and relay insights to the engineering and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Qualify leads, book meetings, and manage CRM workflows efficiently.
- Work directly with the founders and gain firsthand experience in a high-growth digital contract management startup.
- Stay updated on trends in AI-driven end-to-end contract management.
Required Skills:
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a startup environment.
- Recent MBA graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
- Education:
- Educational background in marketing or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in cold outreach, including use of email automation tools.
- Active user of social media platforms for prospecting, networking, and engagement.
- Strong customer-centric mindset—actively listens to client feedback and advocates for user needs in product discussions.
- Understanding of the Indian contract management process, including knowledge of regional variations.
- Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining personalized and effective engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
