Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Technomatrix. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the implementation of new strategies and the modification of existing ones. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with our partners and customers, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine potential business growth opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Identify new investment opportunities through market research and trends.
• Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
• Understand customer needs and preferences and ensure they are met.
• Train and mentor staff as needed.
• Discuss new strategies and policies with other relevant departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software such as Zoho Base CRM.
• Excellent time management skills.
