Main Responsibilities:

  • The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for internal users, ensuring seamless communication with other departments.
  • You will handle customer relationships, address issues, and escalate problems as needed.
  • Documentation and ticket updates in Jira Cloud will be your responsibility.
  • You will oversee processes and maintain knowledge of in-house solutions.
  • A hybrid work arrangement with two shifts per week, rotated bi-weekly, will allow you to balance work and personal life.

  • You will respond promptly to user queries related to IT issues and problems, providing support via phone, Remote Control, and chat.
  • Level 1 administration tasks on supported end-user applications and tools will be performed.
  • User account administration will be carried out according to defined procedures.
  • You will perform technical tasks related to system installation, maintenance, VPN, M365, networking, and cloud services.
  • Support for corporate end-user applications and systems, including Microsoft 365, Zscaler, remote access systems, and telephone systems, will be provided.
  • Routine problems will be resolved, and non-routine problems escalated.
  • Routine tasks for onboarding and offboarding user accounts will be performed to meet internal and external audit standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory.
  • A self-driven individual with a positive attitude, capable of absorbing and applying knowledge, process, and logical thinking.
  • The ability to collaborate with a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Azure/365 environment is necessary.
  • Desirable experience includes Amazon AWS, Zscaler, or Atlassian Jira.
  • Familiarity with MAC OS, Linux, and Windows 10/11 in an enterprise computing environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to document processes and create knowledge base articles on various subjects and processes.
  • A good understanding of business processes and proficient computer skills.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and high stress resistance.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of issues, and willingness to do so.
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
  • Detail-orientated with the ability to update tickets in a clear, concise, and consistent manner.
  • Experience troubleshooting end-user connectivity.
