Key Role Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships skills, be tech-savvy, and possess excellent interpersonal abilities to drive employee experience improvements.
We are seeking an individual with relevant experience in employee relations and engagement who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to implement change management agendas and improve employee satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to identify areas of concern and develop action plans to address them.
- Work closely with managers and people partners to develop strategic plans to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Drive completion of processes related to goal setting, talent cards, and other productivity metrics.
Responsibilities

- Analyze trends in exit interview data to inform improvement strategies and enhance the employee experience.
- Coach and educate employees on HR policies, platforms, and technology support.
- Investigate performance issues, conduct discussions, and write performance improvement plans for non-managerial staff.
- Evaluate the impact of people practices and policies on employee experience.
