Strategic Total Reward Partner Role

The organisation's Centre of Excellence for Total Rewards plays a pivotal role in our customer-centric approach, driving business performance through forward-thinking solutions.

As a senior specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of total reward strategies that differentiate individual rewards and drive growth.

You will help guide the organisation through change and risk management, ensuring total reward practices are future-proofed and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement total reward advice, guidance, and insight across business units.
  • Design customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions for specific business units and geographies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to enhance total reward effectiveness.
  • Drive increased leadership and line manager understanding of total reward adoption and use.
Requirements:
  • Advanced business partnering skills, leading partnerships with leaders to translate business unit goals into total reward programmes.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, able to analyse data and make data-driven decisions to optimise the Total Rewards CoE's effectiveness.
  • Change and project delivery expertise, proficient in facilitating smooth transition of total reward change.
  • Storytelling with data/business insights, strong skills in building the case for total reward change.
Leadership Accountabilities:

Experience as a respected total reward expert, with at least 7 years' experience leading effective change across all elements of total reward.

Deep technical total reward experience, with expertise developed across design to delivery in at least four reward specialist areas.

With a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes, you will work closely with stakeholders to align total reward strategies with organisational objectives.
