Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Manager to lead our compensation and benefits strategy.

The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage compensation structures that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

This includes conducting benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

The manager will also design and manage employee benefits programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and recommend changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.

In addition, the Total Rewards Manager will drive annual compensation review cycles, partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.

They will also ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies, as well as maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.

Furthermore, the manager will create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis, providing recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Finally, they will communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees and act as a subject matter expert for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and rewards.
