Job Title:Global Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global launch management activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of launches across developed and emerging markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SCM, program management, commercial, business development, quality, manufacturing, and others.

The role involves ensuring that all necessary artwork is developed and procured, and that the commercial BMR is ready to support drug substance, drug product manufacturing, BPR, and DR readiness to support packaging and dispatch of finished products across manufacturing sites as per the launch plan.

You will also be responsible for liaising with development teams, regulatory, and program managers to keep track of post-approval variations, including process modifications, reagent changes, site changes, scale changes, as part of lifecycle management impacting commercial launch and re-supplies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide regular updates and communications to key stakeholders and management on progress and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include drafting, publishing, and tracking integrated project plans in Microsoft Project and other similar tools, identifying risk, mitigation paths, and ensuring timely escalations of events impacting product launch timelines.

Additionally, you will strive continuously to bring in efficiency and improvement in launch management practices to remove bottlenecks and redundancies.

A strong understanding of joint governance forums (JDC, JCC) and their impact on commercial launches is essential, as well as the ability to participate in bi-weekly calls and monthly reports to senior management and executive committee.
