Job Description:

A global industry leader is seeking an experienced Product Launch Manager to spearhead the launch and promotion of innovative products through strategic campaigns and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product launches, including campaigns and roadshows to introduce new products to the market.
  • Differentiate our products from competitors through effective marketing strategies.
  • Initiate and manage ongoing awareness campaigns to highlight product features and benefits.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential segments, customers, and applications.
  • Analyze market trends to enhance product positioning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and product adoption.
  • Create engaging marketing content for effective communication and promotion across digital and traditional media channels.
  • Capture and analyze market feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify opportunities.
  • Forecast product volumes and support a quick ramp-up in production as needed.
  • Develop product knowledge resources, argumentation, and guide the sales team.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and converting potential opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of overall experience in product management, sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Industrial Automation background preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in creating marketing content for various media channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments.
