We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.">
  • You will work closely with our research teams to understand client needs and develop targeted solutions that meet their requirements.">
  • You will be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform your business development activities.">
  • You will participate in business development tasks, support marketing outreach programs, and develop industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, and case studies to drive business growth.">
  • You will lead the development of a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates specializing in techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials domain, ensuring their nurture and recruitment as required.">
  • You will handle all client communication, including query management and delivery presentations.">
  • You will articulate technical, business, and analytical discussions through excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • You will generate insights and actionable recommendations for clients using a strong analytical mindset and technical background.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in chemical/materials or related fields or equivalent experience.">
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting engagements.">
  • Deep primary research experience and ability to train team members to improve primary research skills.">
  • Rich experience in managing end-to-end business research or consulting engagements.">
  • Past/current experience handling teams of qualified professionals.">
  • Excellent knowledge of market analysis, business analysis, technology analysis, competitor intelligence, management frameworks, and advanced MS Office.">
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.">
  • Self-organized, planned, matured, and detail-oriented individual.">
