
Business Development Franchise Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding new franchise partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities. They will be responsible for expanding our franchise network through strategic planning and execution.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchise partners. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving abilities.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth transition and handover of the franchise to local management teams. You will also provide regular updates to senior management on franchise acquisition progress and challenges.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of ownership franchise business models and be able to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends.
