Business Development Professional Wanted

A part-time business development professional is needed to work with MSMEs, providing tailored coaching sessions and sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong one-on-one sales skills, a proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services, and experience in coaching or training.

The role requires a minimum of 6-8 hours of engagement per day, 6 days a week, including conducting one-on-one business coaching and various sales activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coaching and Support:
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies for clients, focusing on key business functions such as marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
  2. Sales and Upselling:
    • Analyze client needs and propose relevant solutions, driving the sale of high-ticket products or services.
  3. Client Engagement:
    • Act as a program guide during Masterclass events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients, driving renewals and referrals.
  4. Nurturing Campaigns:
    • Engage with potential clients through pre-Masterclass sessions, understanding their businesses and primary challenges.
    • Drive attendance and engagement in these sessions to ensure eventual 100% attendance in the main event.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Expertise:

  • Proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services, preferably through consultative selling approaches.
  • Strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.

Coaching or Training Experience:

  • Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is highly valued.
  • Understanding of MSME business challenges across various industries.

Relationship Management:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement effectively.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.

Additonal Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
