Job Description:

We are seeking a driven Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Apollo Finvest. As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing partnerships, managing B2B client onboarding, and driving business goals in close collaboration with operations and finance teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key FinTech players to drive business growth.
  • Manage B2B client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and present proposals, business projections, and presentations to secure funding and partnership deals.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the FinTech ecosystem, including market competitors and regulatory landscape.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in the FinTech or lending sector with prior B2B business development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for managing both internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for breaking down complex problems to root causes.
  • Able to make confident decisions even with incomplete information.
  • Highly organized, with meticulous note-taking and multitasking skills.
Salary:

$140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
