Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the APAC team to identify and address skills gaps, partnering with internal teams to deliver training on new products, and managing Onboarding, Reboarding, Cross-boarding, and Refresh programs for GTM employees. Additionally, they will analyze current skills, processes, knowledge, and work with sales & BD leadership to identify strengths and areas for development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge, and work with sales & BD leadership to identify strengths and areas for development
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and close new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Maintain accurate records of program progress and sales outcomes
  • Communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial enablement or sales operations with a focus on improving sales performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
