Job Summary:

This role involves providing technical support to customers in a timely manner. The Support Engineer will be responsible for responding to customer emails and enquiries, following up on faults lodged in previous days, and liaising with Phone techs when any phone system issues arise.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Respond to customer emails and enquiries in a timely manner.\
  • Follow up on faults lodged in previous days by checking tickets in Active Billing and Aspire, Frontier, Omega.\
  • Call customers with updates if no answer, or leave messages or email.\
  • Send updates on recent orders (if services are ordered).\
  • Answer calls and take messages as required, or transfer to other staff members.\
  • Submit faults once level 1 and/or 2 troubleshooting has been done for DSL, NBN, and PSTN faults.\
