About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients. As the first point of contact for IT support, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Log all user service tickets in ITSM systems with complete and accurate information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform scheduled reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Submit knowledge base article updates for new and existing issues.
  • Own and drive user issues to resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
