This role involves providing top-notch customer service as a Junior Customer Care Representative in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You will work full-time and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and building sustainable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email, or chat
  2. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  4. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  5. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
  7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Undergraduate with 2 yrs exp.
  • Graduate - Freshers / Experience
