Objective

The Center Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational and financial excellence at our IVF centers. This key position demands an experienced leader who can effectively manage multiple facets of the business.

  • Operational Management: The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and protocols to meet corporate targets.
  • Financial Management: Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor revenue and profitability to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review team performance against defined Key Result Areas (KRAs) to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving measures and compliance initiatives to minimize expenses while maintaining quality standards.
  • Medical Record Management: Oversee the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure medical records are accurate and up-to-date for audit purposes.
  • Brand Visibility and Patient Satisfaction: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand presence in local markets and foster patient satisfaction through retention and conversion metrics.

  • Budgeting and Performance Management: Proficient in preparing annual operating budgets and achieving performance targets.
  • Financial and Operational Target Achievement: Experienced in driving financial and operational success through effective planning and execution.
  • Revenue and Profitability Monitoring: Skilled in monitoring revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined KRAs.
  • Cost Optimization and Compliance: Knowledgeable in implementing cost optimization and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Standard Operating Procedure Implementation and Medical Record Management: Able to oversee SOP implementation and manage medical records to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Operational Issue Escalation and Medico-Legal Compliance: Experienced in escalating operational issues and ensuring medico-legal compliance.
  • Brand Visibility and Patient Satisfaction: Familiar with enhancing brand visibility and driving patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics.
