Job Purpose

To spearhead a performance-driven culture across the organization by strategically implementing the Performance Management System (PMS), encompassing Balanced Scorecard methodology. This role ensures performance alignment with business goals and provides data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage end-to-end PMS for the organization.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to align business and people performance.
  • Institutionalize Balanced Scorecard to measure performance across Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth perspectives.
Balanced Scorecard Framework
  • Create BSC-based scorecards at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
  • Define SMART KPIs across all four BSC dimensions:
  • Fiscal Efficiency
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Internal Process Excellence
  • Learning & Development
