Job Title: Customer Relationship Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication and ensure seamless transactions.
  • Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records for analysis and improvement.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback to provide insights for service enhancement and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required.
