Job Title: Customer Relationship Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication and ensure seamless transactions.
- Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records for analysis and improvement.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback to provide insights for service enhancement and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required.
