Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
2. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer retention.
3. Handle the customer journeys from booking till possession / handover post project completion.
4. Conduct regular customer interactions to understand their needs and preferences.
5. Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market trends and competitors.
6. Prepare reports on customer feedback, satisfaction, and recommendations for management review.
7. Organize customer events and engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
8. Utilize CRM software to effectively manage customer interactions and data.
9. Stay updated on company products, services, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management within the Real Estate industry is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Experience in handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Expected Annual CTC - INR 4,00,000/- to INR 6,00,000/- (Gross)
