Job Opportunity:

We are seeking Relationship Managers to handle Employee Health and Benefits for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by servicing existing clients and developing new relationships
  • Studying client portfolios and consulting on risk management strategies
  • Conducting gap analysis, suggesting better terms, and negotiating with insurers
  • Maintaining 100% client retention through proactive engagement and relationship building
  • Preparing high-quality proposals for client presentations and assisting with roadshows
  • Engaging with clients for quarterly/annual satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement
  • Booking and invoicing business on time to ensure seamless operations
  • Coordinating with other practices for portfolio penetration and expansion
  • Interacting with risk insurance markets and sourcing innovative solutions for clients
  • Ensuring timely documentation and policy issuance as per SLA discussed
  • Renewal tracking and timely reminders for premium payment to minimize lapses
  • Providing assistance with claims-related queries and ensuring prompt resolution
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders for client deliverables and project management

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good networking and relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures and adapt to changing environments
  • Domain knowledge preferred but not required
