Job Title

Healthcare Operations Manager

Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of healthcare professionals responsible for medical billing, claims processing, and customer service to ensure efficient workflow management and quality control.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, SLA compliance, shrinkage rate etc. to optimize team efficiency and develop strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in healthcare processes and implement changes accordingly.
  • Develop strong leadership skills, manage multiple priorities and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to adapt quickly to changing environments and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
