Hospital Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including clinical and non-clinical departments.

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies to ensure efficient hospital administration aligned with the institution's mission and values.

  • Monitor hospital budgets, financials, and resource utilization to ensure profitability and sustainability.

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and accreditation standards (NABH, local health authorities).

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality care, and patient safety.

  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and support staff to maintain service excellence.

  • Drive initiatives for digital transformation, infrastructure development, and staff training.

  • Liaise with government bodies, vendors, and insurance partners as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5 - 10 years in a hospital administration role.

  • Education: M.B.A/PGDM degree.

  • Role: Hospital Administrator.
