Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic growth and profitability across product lines. This role will involve analyzing data to present actionable insights, coordinating across sales, marketing, supply chain, and production teams, and developing reports for management review.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product controlling, costing, or business finance with experience in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.

This role requires an analytical professional with excellent communication skills, process-oriented, and detail-focused. If you have experience working with high-SKU environments, channel-driven businesses, and multi-location operations, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Analysis and Optimization: Prepare and monitor product costing, margin analysis, and profitability reports across product lines.
  • BOM and Cost Structure Management: Build and maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials), overhead allocation, and cost structures.
  • Pricing Strategy Support: Support management in pricing strategy and ensure profitable product positioning.
  • Variance Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and recommend cost optimization measures.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with production, procurement, and supply chain to control costs and improve efficiency.
  • Profitability Performance Monitoring: Monitor SKU-wise, region-wise, and customer-wise profitability performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights to sales and marketing teams for decision-making.
  • New Product Launch Support: Support new product launches with cost simulation and profitability projections.
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audits, and company policies.
