Role Overview

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial and contractual activities, ensuring profitable growth, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
  • Analyze commercial data to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to ensure commercial viability of projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • E nsure adherence to legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements in all commercial activities.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team for effective performance delivery.
