Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Google Ads Campaign Manager with expertise in Performance Max campaigns to lead our efforts in driving growth for small businesses across North America.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically launch and manage high-performing Google Performance Max campaigns targeting local and regional SMBs in the USA, leveraging a data-driven approach to optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights on key performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Owning campaign performance and accountable for meeting lead and sales KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Google Ads Certification demonstrating expertise in running successful Performance Max campaigns for SMBs.
  • Proven experience managing complex Google Ads campaigns, including setup of conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  • Detailed understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior, enabling effective targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Ability to scale budget effectively while maintaining strong ROI, leveraging skills in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget allocation.
