Job Summary

Nap Chief is a leading premium kidswear brand with a bold and playful image. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to fuel our growth with high-impact campaigns.

This role involves owning and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, working closely with founders and marketers. Key responsibilities include launching and optimizing campaigns, testing A/B variants, collaborating with creatives, and analyzing campaign data.

We require individuals with 2–3 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (D2C or agency), proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Sheets. Ideal candidates are self-starters, curious, and eager to try new things in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and scale high-performing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Optimize campaigns to track key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ads that drive conversions
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and inform decision-making
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (D2C or agency)
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Sheets
  • Self-starter mentality, curious, and eager to try new things
