About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned performance marketer to manage top-tier client accounts and lead results-driven advertising strategies.

As a skilled Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategically managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Developing and refining full-funnel ad strategies focused on conversions, lead generation, or app installs
  • Conducting A/B testing on creatives, headlines, extensions, landing pages, and bidding strategies

You will collaborate with designers, developers, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, high-ROI campaigns. Your role requires strong analytical skills to translate data into clear actions that boost ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads with budgets $20K/month or more
  • Deep knowledge of keyword research, campaign segmentation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
  • Experienced in conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and offline conversion imports
  • Strong analytical skills: can translate data into clear actions that boost ROI
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and performance-obsessed
