Prospecting and Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to prospect new leads, conduct outbound calls, and build relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers.

This role involves building strong client relationships through professional communication, accurately documenting all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system, and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
  • Present and promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Key qualifications include fluency in both Spanish and English, proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development, and strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Successful specialists will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
