
Business Growth Associate

We are seeking a motivated and energetic professional to join our team in Mumbai. This role is a hybrid of sales execution and strategic contribution, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (optional). As a key member of our team, you will prospect clients, suggest properties, arrange and lead site visits across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, and close deals in line with monthly sales targets.
Sales & Client Engagement Strategy- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger presence in Mumbai.
- Suggest ideas and directions for still and video creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
- Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.
