
Employee Volunteer Experience Manager

We seek a dedicated professional to lead our employee volunteering program in India.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Amazon India's employee volunteering initiatives aligned with strategic philanthropic priorities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including country leadership, HR, DEI, communications, PR, Public Policy, and legal.
- Establish an employee champion model and governance structure to deliver high-impact donation campaigns and volunteering opportunities.
- Invest in capacity-building mechanisms to scale AITC's employee-driven impact, including management of service providers and developing apprentices and interns.
- Partner with teams to pilot innovative approaches engaging employees in addressing complex social issues, leveraging Amazon's unique skills and resources.
**About the Team:**
Our team leads community engagement initiatives focused on neighboring communities around our operations network. Our flagship programs include Gram Mitr, Pgrati Mitr, and Disaster Relief.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- 5 years of program or project management experience.
- 4 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- 4 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- Knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, VLookUps at an advanced level, and SQL.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 3 years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- 5 years of developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience.
