We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll management, employee relations, and HR policies.
- A strong understanding of labor laws, compensation structures, and tax regulations is essential.
- Proven track record in employee grievance handling and conflict resolution is required.
In this role, you will oversee payroll accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and manage all aspects of employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Implement and update HR policies, especially around payroll, benefits, and employee conduct.

- Manage employee records, HRIS data, and ensure accuracy of personal and financial information.
