We are seeking a skilled professional to scale lifestyle categories by building strong brand partnerships, driving assortment strategies, and owning business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Management & Partnerships:
- Identify and onboard homegrown and established lifestyle brands
- Negotiate exclusive deals, better margins, and enhanced visibility
- Category Management:
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business goals
- Create assortment plans and ensure high on-shelf availability
- Track consumer and market trends to curate relevant selections
- Business Growth & P&L:
- Drive revenue and margin growth via pricing, promotions, and forecasting
- Boost GMV growth through campaigns, activations, and seasonal events
- Monitor competitors and market trends for new growth opportunities
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing teams
- Share insights on customer journey, merchandising, and platform improvements
Desired Skills & Experience:
5-8 years in product management, brand partnerships, or business development (lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce preferred)
Proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting
Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders
