Product Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving operational efficiency and supporting product growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless merchant onboarding and terminal enablement
- Validate, enable, and maintain configuration checklists
- Support customers and external aggregators through the go-live process
- Perform manual sanity testing when automated test suites are not available
- Conduct first-level root cause analysis for delays or issues in onboarding
- Collaborate with Operations, Support, and Integrations teams to resolve day-to-day issues
- Identify tasks that can be automated and work with Product teams to implement automation
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks
- 24+ years of experience in operations, product operations, or marketing operations, preferably in technology-focused industries
- Ability to understand technical aspects relevant to product operations
- Proficiency in productivity, collaboration, and analytical tools
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Highly organized and meticulous individual who thrives in a cross-functional environment
