Role Overview

As a Growth Product Manager at , you'll be at the intersection of artificial intelligence and developer acquisition, working to solve complex challenges in user onboarding, product adoption, and community expansion. You'll drive the growth strategy for our AI code review platform, collaborating closely with engineering, ML teams, marketing, and our developer community to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the growth vision for our AI code platform across the entire user lifecycle

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, growth partners, and community leaders

• Develop and execute growth strategy and roadmap for user acquisition, activation, and retention, balancing technical feasibility with growth opportunities

• Work closely with engineering teams to define growth-focused technical requirements, ensuring our AI solutions effectively convert and engage developers

• Design and optimize user onboarding flows, trial experiences, and activation funnels

• Analyze growth metrics, conversion rates, and user behavior to make data-driven decisions about growth initiatives

• Collaborate with ML teams to improve personalization and user experience optimization

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to align product-led growth initiatives with go-to-market strategies

• Conduct growth experiments, A/B tests, and user research to validate growth hypotheses

• Define and maintain growth documentation, experimentation frameworks, and measurement processes

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across different user segments and channels

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of total experience, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on software engineering background

• 2+ years of product management experience with demonstrated growth impact, preferably in developer tools or platforms

• Experience driving product-led growth initiatives from conception to measurable results

• Understanding of software development lifecycle, code review processes, and developer workflows

• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools

• Strong analytical skills with experience in growth metrics, funnel optimization, and experimentation

• Track record of driving user acquisition, activation, and retention in B2B or developer-focused products

• Strong technical communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at high-growth developer-focused companies (e.g., Postman, Hasura, GitHub, Vercel)

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their applications in developer tools and personalization

• Experience with product analytics tools, growth experimentation platforms, and user research methodologies

• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities

• Background in developer onboarding, freemium/trial conversion, or PLG strategies

• Experience with community-driven growth, viral mechanics, or network effects
