Job Title: Product Management Expert

About the Role:
The Product Management Expert is responsible for driving product growth, profitability and customer satisfaction through effective product management. The role involves crafting a technical solution to meet client requirements, promoting and positioning company products and services in the market, and identifying new commercially viable products or services.

Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet client needs
- Develop and execute strategies to drive product sales and revenue growth
- Analyze product data to establish trends and insights using internal and external sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver product training to client-facing staff
- Provide product knowledge input assistance for compiling client proposals

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Seasoned knowledge of market segments and product portfolio categories
- Strong understanding of product lifecycles and technology solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field

Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a global technology services organization
