Job Description

As a Territory Specialist, you will be responsible for driving Enrolment/Order Intake through various means such as Business Development activities, Job drives, College outreach (limited), and employee partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the micro-market of the territory, including prospect base, ecosystem, employment exchanges, third-party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc.

You will be required to conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges, Job fairs, and outreach to unorganised sector workforce within the location or outside location.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Understanding: Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem
  • Enquiry Generation: Conducting activities, engaging with graduates, relationship building, database creation, extensive travel, and activity management
  • Admission Process: Ensuring correct course information, following student admission process, and updating system regularly
  • System Updation & daily Reporting: Updating system regularly, daily activity reporting, and contributing to Batch occupancy and Batch launch
