Supply Chain Expertise Required

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of sourcing & procurement processes, solution design, and client engagement, with a focus on creating value-driven proposals and leading solution defense discussions.

This role requires an experienced professional with strong expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements.

We are seeking a seasoned SCM professional to join our team as a Presales and Solutions Consultant. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers, creating compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, developing winning value propositions, and articulating supply chain service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to identify business opportunities and create tailored solutions.
  • Create and present persuasive proposals that showcase our expertise and deliver value to clients.
  • Present and defend our solutions with confidence during client discussions and negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
