Job Title: SCM Operations Specialist

Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a passion for streamlining operations? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are ever the same?

We're seeking a highly skilled SCM Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our supply chain department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of all supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the supply chain is operating at optimal levels.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our supply chain processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving supply chain processes and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle EBS 12x modules (Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, and BOM).
  • SCM MFG functional experience.
  • Multiple technologies (SQL, PLSQL, Alerts, ADI Data Loader).
