Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Fusion SCM Functional Lead is to provide quality work products to engagements and deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.\
  • Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.\
  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.\
  • Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.\
  • May act as the team lead on projects.\
  • Effectively consult with management of customer organizations.\
  • Participate in business development activities.\
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.\
  • Provide consultation services to customers and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technological solutions.\
  • Analyse and assess business processes to identify areas of improvement and recommend best practices.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.\
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development.\
  • Participate in process improvements initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.\
  • Deliver presentations and reports to senior management and other stakeholders on project status, outcomes, and recommendations.\
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals and objectives.\
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.\
  • Identify, document, and communicate lessons learned and best practices from completed projects.\
  • Assist in developing and implementing organizational change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\
